Leon Mennie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leon Mennie of Billings, Montana, who passed away on August 22, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Leon may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Mennie and Florence Mennie. He is survived by: his wife June Mennie of Texarkana, TX; his children, Yvette James (Tom) of Billings, MT and Scott Mennie (Kathryn); his grandson Nate Mennie of Texarkana, AR; and his brother Roger Mennie of Billings, MT.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Texarkana.
