He is survived by: his parents, Nadine Dworshak (Tucker) of Worland and Ross Dworshak; his grandmother Della Tucker of Livingston, MT; his uncles, Bruce Dworshak (Kim) of Worland, Mike Carper (Shelly) and Duane Tucker (Kandy) of Colorado; and his aunt Tracy Brazelton (Steve) of Worland.

Memorial donations may be made to the New Hope Humane Society and sent to PO Box 524, Worland, WY 82401.
