She was predeceased by: her parents, Erie Hormann and Leonne Hormann; her husband Larry Koch; and her siblings, John, Robert, Dennis and Nola.
She is survived by: her sisters, Dorene, Darlene, Audrey and Ellen. She is also survived by her five children as well as 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
