She was predeceased by: her brother Jon; and her uncles, Gerry and Allen. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Ford; her daughter Emilia Grace; her parents, Helen Gookin and Lavere; her siblings, Elizabeth (Dean Belcourt), Mary (Clay Comstock), Sarah (Casey Stephan) and Robert (Mary Gookin); and her aunts, Fran, Sandra, Jackie, Jan and Norita. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
