He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Heiser and Tillie Heiser; and his children, John Heiser, Jr., Randy Heiser and Rita Heiser.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Westcott; his daughters, Marjorie Ann Perkins, Patrica Stefani (Tony) and Lisa Slovak (Daryn); and his siblings, Joe Heiser (Delores) and Aileen Kramer (Ed). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
