He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Rookhuizen (McNealey) and William Rookhuizen; his brother Bill Rookhuizen; his niece Jenny McCann; and his sister-in-law Debbie Rookhuizen.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Reiter; his children, Brandon, Jessica Wright (Jeremy) and Tiffney; his grandchildren, Devan, Aiden, Jake and Jenny; and his siblings, Steve Rookhuizen, Rachel McCann (Gordon), Esther Seerup (Willy), Herman Rookhuizen and Emma Nauman (Randy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
