She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Frazier and May Frazier; and her brother David Frazier. She is survived by: her former husband Jon Lokowich; her children, Drew Holliday (Vicki) and Dawn McBride (Dale); her sister-in-law Laura Frazier of Townsend; her grandchildren, Elise Holliday, Isaac Holliday (Jessica) and Justin DeTienne; her stepgrandchildren, Kristi DeTienne (Alex), Becci DeTienne (Dennis), Kyla Ford (Chris), Marci Myles LuAne Covington (Jimmy), Lynae Place (Regen), Morgan Eatinger and Ki-Ai McBride; and her nieces, Jessica, Hannah and Sarah Frazier. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
