She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kuzia and Julia Kuzia; her husbands, Jerome Starr Durnell and Dean Clark Smith; and her daughter Danielle Jane Durnell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Booth (Joe), Julie Welding and Andrea Durnell (Jihad Skaf).
