Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James William Rains (Billings, Montana), born in Forsyth, Montana, who passed away at the age of 84, on August 4, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Rains and Della Rains; his siblings, Judith, Robert and Ronald; and his grandsons, Nic Burt and Jayce Rains.

He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Judy Burt (Ken), Teresa Dinkel (Ed), Jim Rains (Joni), Mark Rains, Randy Rains (Candi), Steve Rains and Dustin Rains (Jori); and his siblings, Patricia, Linda, Tammy and Donald. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Crisis Center, 704 N 30th, Billings 59102.
