He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Crouch and Ida Crouch (Rash); his siblings, Raymond, Albert, Donald, William, Robert, Ray and Della Handle; and his stepson Michael Jencks.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Crouch; his granddaughter Sarah Polesky; his great grandchildren, Tyla and Melody; and his stepchildren, Michelle O'Malley, Suzanne Ennis and Mark Jencks.
