She was predeceased by: her parents, Magnus Sondag and Catherine Sondag (Hammes); her siblings, Irvin, George Sondag and Alice Wilson; her husband Bill Wagner; and her granddaughters, Ali Marie Catherine Wagner and Abby Yvonne Wagner.
She is survived by: her children, Ken (Pearl) of Havre, Dan Wagner (Mary) of Havre, Cathy Wagner-Britsch (Dan) of Havre and Gerald Wagner of Havre; her grandchildren, Lisa Anderson (Andy) of Missoula, Julie Reesor (Lance) of Lewistown, Gary Wagner (Morgan) of Helena, William Wagner of Helena, Danielle Wagner of Havre, Brad Wagner of Olympia, WA and Billy Champine of Havre; her great grandchildren, Tucker, Ace Anderson, Lane, Evan, Mack Reesor, Harper Wagner and Sophia Champine; her brothers, Al Sondag (Joan) of Peoria, IL, James (Nancy) of Manito, IL and Merlyn Sondag (Tina) of Manito, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Dean Wilson of Manito, IL and Ruth To.
Cremation has taken place, and due to the pandemic, services will be held when it is safe to gather.
Irene's family has suggested memorial donations be made in her memory to St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, PO Box 407, Havre, MT 59501, the Alzheimer's Association-Montana, 3010 11th Ave N, Billings, MT 59101, or a charity of the donor's choice.
