He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bernhardt and Lydia Bernhardt (Fox); and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his former wife Janice Marie Haugrud; and his children, Christopher Scott Bernhardt (Heidi) and Shantel Marie Oblander (Rocky). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
