We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2025, at the age of 88, Frank Oster of Billings, Montana, born in Eureka, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife LaDonna Oster; his parents, Matthias Oster and Magdalina Oster; and his siblings, Clinton Oster, Francella Jacobson and Lorina Renstrom.
He is survived by: his children, Laurel Oster Zerr (Ralph), Kellie Oster and Donald Oster (Sheila); his grandchildren, Matthew, Athena (Mike), TeLacey, Samantha (Kevin), Tanna and Stephanie; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Jenika, Savannah and McKenna.
Service will be at Joy Church 3200 Broadwater Ave, In lieu of flowers, donations or gift may be sent to Joy Church or the Golden K Kiwanis.
