Frances Cowan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Cowan of Billings, Montana, born in Havre, Montana, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Weyh and Herman Weyh; her husband James Cowan; and her sisters, Mary Dees and Marge Johnikin.
She is survived by: her daughter Cyndi Pearce (Brad) of Billings; her grandchildren, Brooke Dreiling (Anthony) of Lawrence, KS and Brandon Pearce of Billings; her great grandchildren, Taylor and Camryn; her siblings, Dorothy Foster of Scottsdale, AZ, Lori Ward of Havre and Bill Weyh of Whitefish; and her sister-in-law Lois Schaller of Everett, WA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has suggested memorial donations be made in her honor to St. Jude's Catholic Church in Havre or to one's choice.
