Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Esther Elaine Heggen (Billings, Montana), who passed away at the age of 88, on February 25, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Okland and Ingaborg Stenslie Okland; her son Andrew; and her siblings, Leonard, Ben, Eleanor, Mildred, Ruth, Ingvald, Lila, Mel, Phil and Anna.
She is survived by: her significant other Jerome "Nick" Heggen; her mother-in-law Julia; her children, Tom of Red Lodge, MT and Julie (Bruce Busta) of Duluth, MN; her daughter-in-law Terri; and her grandchildren, Nicholas (Tami), Asha (Ross), Dalton (Reatta), Lucas (Erica) and Elliot (Kim). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Sweetwater Retirement Community (3140 Sweet Water Dr, Billings, MT 59102).
