He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Bolstad and Clara Bolstad; his brothers, Orvel, Marvel and Alvin; his son Raymond; and his stepson Jim Pender.
He is survived by: his sister Marian Lankard; his daughter Donna; his children-in-law, George Fox and Virginia Solstad; and his stepdaughter Doreen Martin. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.
