He was predeceased by: his parents, George Junkert and Louisa Junkert (Luithle); and his siblings, Esther Auch (Junkert) and Rueben Junkert. He is survived by: his children, Judy Bungay (Clare) and Kermit Junkert (Nancy); his grandchildren, Dwight Rose (Robin), Jason Rose (Claudia), Andrea Dodge (Dayton), Aaron Junkert (SueLynn) and Alec Junkert (Randi); and his brother Walter Junkert (Jane). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great granddaughters, and great grandsons.

“My sympathy to Judy and Kermit and families at the loss of Uncle Ed. He added much to the fun times with the extended Moss family. We enjoyed times together with Uncle Ed and Aunt Eva Mae -- camping, putting together puzzles, playing table games and so much more. I remember when Uncle Ed and Aunt Eva Mae got married, Uncle Ed told several people he wanted a croquet set and he ended up with three croquet sets. What a wonderful addition he was to the extended Moss family.”
