He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie M. Flick and Verna O. Flick (Olson); his former wife Elizabeth A. Steffen; and his sister Loal. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Lee (Amie) and Brandon Keyes (Jill); his wife Rosemary Kulsrud; his daughter Joni West (Tom); his grandchildren, Jourdan, Haylee, Emily, Wyatt, Luke, Madison and Laney; and his great grandchildren, Elijah and Stevie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.
