He is survived by: his mother Sheryl Ann Spencer Butterfield; his wife Jennifer Butterfield; his children, Jacob Butterfield (Hailey), Kayla Evans (Michael), McKenna, Joseph, Joshua and Jonathan Butterfield; his grandchildren, Calvin, Theodore, Lily and Eliana; and his siblings, Jeff, Darren, Jeremy, Jared and Kim. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
