He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Williams and Edna Williams; his siblings, Alfred "Bud" Williams, Keith "Tag" Williams, Jack Williams, Frank "Buss" Williams, Kathryn "Kaye" Higbee, Joel "Joe" Williams, Merial "Mim" Johnson, Bert Williams, Marlene Pederson, Ronnie Paul Williams and Terry "Ted" Williams; and his grandson Jacob Dean Gressman.

He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbie" Williams; his children, Suzanne "Suzy" Colbo (Kelson), Michael "Mike" Williams (Dawn), D. Bridget Williams (Bryan Lobar) and Janna Williams; his stepchildren, Anne Godfrey (Russ), Lisa Taylor (Randy) and Michael "Mike" LaBard (Lily); and his sister Sherilyn "Sheri" Weimar (Leon). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
