He was predeceased by: his brother Francis Kocab (Sandy); and his parents, Frank Kocab and Elizabeth Kocab. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Bentley Kocab, Scott Kocab (Carol), Carrie Schellenger (Rich), Nicole Moberly (John), Daniel Kocab (Natasha), Katrina Kocab, Wayne Boehme, Crissa Silbernagel (Kody) and Julia Boehme (Amer); his siblings, Rick Kocab (Debbie), John Kocab (Tawna), Beth Harrelson (John) and Joanne Borrell (Phillip); his parents-in-law, Donald and Delores Aman; and his siblings, Jeff Aman (Anne), Tim Aman (Gwen), Michelle Aman and Dawn Eheart (Brooks). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
