He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lutey and Mable Lutey; his former wife Connie Cannon; and his son Troy. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Westwood Lutey; his children, Chanda Barnett Klamm (Karl Klamm), Jana, Josh May, Lyndsey, Terry Blunt, Kole, Courtney Ryan and Paula Cyphers (Doug); his grandchildren, Luke and Mikayla Cyphers; his children, Caleb Cyphers and Jody Howell; his grandchildren, Jamie and Hollis Donaldsons; and his children, Amanda Garside, Jordan and Krissy Garside. He is also survived by 18 great grand children and one great great grand child.
