She was predeceased by: her mother Dulcie Wright of Kingman. She is survived by: her brother Charles Snelling of Kingman; her children, Celena Spencer (David) of Billings, MT and Cindy Cooley (Scott) of Baton Rouge, LA; and her grandchildren, Rebekah Pointer, Michelle Spencer, Christa Blagg, Everett Spencer, Joshua Cooley, Tyler Cooley, Paige Cooley, Andy King and Joey King. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; and 5 nieces and nephews.
Carol Jean (Snelling) Clupper, a resident of Kingman for most of her 80 years, passed peacefully from this world on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, from Alzheimer's in Billings, MT.
