He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Chakos. He is survived by: his daughters, Paige Legare (Dave) and Sara Johnson (Brad); his granddaughters, Katie Seibert (Cody), Morgan Legare, Riley Legare, Emery Legare, Grace Johnson and Ruth Johnson; and his great grandchild Jayden Taylor.
