He was predeceased by: his brother Brad; and his father Elmer. He is survived by: his mother Eleanora Hoffman (Carol Hoffman); his children, Casey Hoffman (Megan Hoffman), Katrina Miller (Justin Miller), Keith Hoffman and Nichole Hoffman; his siblings, Peg Hofmann (Bob Hofmann), Marge Sherrodd (Bob Sherrodd), Ben Hoffman (LeaAnne Hoffman), Launa Hoffman (Nick Ruff) and Chris Hoffman (Trista Hoffman); and his wife Carol Goddard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
