He is survived by: his wife Amy Davis; his daughter Kayla Nulliner; his stepson Dustin Gardiner; his parents, Don Mather and Alice Mather; his siblings, Mike Davis (Sheila), Mary Newby (Jim) and Kim Farrell (Pat); and his grandsons, Cody, Cory and Colton Woelich.
