Arlene Buckles, age 50, of Billings, MT January 28, 1970 – September 24, 2020Arlene Buckles was born in Poplar Montana to Betty Follows The Road and Emmett Buckles Sr. on January 28th, 1970. Arlene grew up in Ft.Kipp/Brockton area and lived all over finally making Billings her home. Arlene passed away in Billings on September 24, 2020. Arlene had two sons, Anthony (A.J) Follette and Dominique Buckles. A.J and both of her parents precedes Arlene in death. Arlene is survived by her only son Dominique Buckles of Ft. Kipp Montana, aunts Della Thomas, Lydia and Ceya Long Hair and special friend John Phillips.
