He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Sample Ettleman and John Ettleman; his stepfather Blaine Wilson; his parents-in-law, George and Anna Magilke; his siblings, Fern Ettleman Orr, Esther Wilson, Ralph Wilson and Paul Wilson; and his nephew Cory.
He is survived by: his former wife Angeline Magilke; his children, Debora Ann, John Richard, Jay Patrick and Cory Gerard; his wife Angie Ettleman; his grandchildren, Jake Ettleman and Jessica Schrotenboer (Matt); his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his grandchildren, Zak, Ethan, Noah, Robert Ettleman (Anna), Wilma Conroy, Bill Wilson and George Wilson; and his brothers-in-law, Gil Magilke, Victor Magilke (Faye) and Jim Orr. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and close family friends.
