He is survived by: his wife Sue; his pets, Belle and Cooper; his children, Michelle, Shawn, Emilie, Isabelle, Jared, Kourtney, Nick, Charlie, Lily and Rebecca; and his siblings, Dick Siess and Karen Monforton. He is also survived by extended family; and many, many dear friends.
