He was predeceased by: his father Charles Emory Chinn. He is survived by: his daughters, Christy and Lab; his wife Linda Chinn of Kalispell; his children, Carrie Catherine Chinn Mathiason and Christine Anne Chinn Manning; his mother Ada Mae Chinn of Sandston, Virginia; and his sisters, Sandra Potter (Wayne) of Locust Grove, Jenny Boswell (Mike) of Henrico, Virginia Vosburg and Grace Vosburg of Richmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
