He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Effa Helen Shipman (Westervelt); and his siblings, Geraldine Shipman and Donald Shipman. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ellen Harrison; his wife Carol Turnupseed (Patrick); his children, Brian Shipman (Rosie) of Spokane, WA and Diane Wescovich (Charlie) of Liberty Lake, WA; and his stepdaughters, Cheri Fjare (Monte) of Big Timber, MT and Kim Thompson (Danny) of Lake Stevens, WA.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
