He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer and Helen; and his brother Frank Debbe. He is survived by: his sister Peggy; and his children, Lyle Neiss, Kathy Cunningham, John Neiss, Lance Neiss and Cody Neiss. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
