It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Catherine Phillips in Big Sky, Montana, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Ruman and Catherine Ruman; her husband James John Phillips; her brother Robert; her children, James Phillips (Joanna) of Butte, Diane McChesney (Brian) of Valley City and Michael Phillips of Struthers, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Nicole Hanni (Dan), Jared, Natalie, Alyssa and Alexis; and her great grandchildren, Mia and Konner.
