He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anton and Pearl Ophus; his wife Barbara Magda; his children, Shane Ophus (Gwen) of Big Sandy, Clint Ophus (Jolene) of Havre, Lyla Brazier (Cody) of Pensacola, FL, Reece Ophus of Big Sandy, Demra Brown of Big Sandy, Charna Seibert (Jordan) of Las Vegas, NV, Landa Tartaglio (Troy) of Phoenix, AZ, Kami Crass (Steve) of Lolo, Rashae Johnson of Anchorage, AK and Clete Ophus (Mary) of Big Sandy; his siblings, Vernon Ophus and Lorretta Hebbring; his daughter Laceen Ophus; and his granddaughter Laynee Ophus. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Saint Margaret Mary's Catholic Church in Big Sandy, the Big Sandy Senior Citizens Center, or to a charity of one's choice.
