He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Allen and Katherine Allen; and his former wife JoAnn. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Allen; and his children, Deborah Duncan, Julie Hultman and Brad Duncan. He is also survived by seven grandkids and six great-grandchildren.
