She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Tzupp and Anastasia Tzupp (Fedchak); her husband James Carter; her siblings, Daniel Tzupp, George Tzupp, Helena Strayves (Tzupp), Mamie Tzupp and Irene Gaskin (Tzupp); and her niece Susan Frakes (Gaskin).
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Riebe (Carter); her son-in-law Thomas Riebe; her grandchildren, Amanda Riebe and Paul Riebe (Joey); and her nieces and nephews, Donald Strayves, Richard Strayves, Charles Carter Anhorn, Irene Kolberg (Strayves), Nancy Wymer (Strayves), Marsha Carlson (Gaskin), Lynn Carter and Kimberly Mueller (Carter).
