He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth Chesley, Sr. and Cliffie Kay Caulkins (Luhm); his wife Nancy Ann Roth; and his siblings, John Darwin Chesley, June Rodgers (Gerald) and Helen Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Blaine Chesley (Jon-Marea Schimetz) of Belgrade and Sarah Ann Hulbert of Bozeman; his grandchildren, Jennifer L. Hulbert (Kevin), Dustin B. Chesley (Kaycee) and Amanda J. Chesley (William); and his half-brothers, Nathan Chesley, Clarence Chesley and Curtis Chesley. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
