He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Speerstra, Sr. and Dora Speerstra (West); and his niece Dorrie. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Sandra Early; his wife Sandra; his daughters, Alicia Chenoweth (Brett) of Wisconsin and Michelle Petersen (Mick) of Colstrip, MT; his grandsons, James, John, Robert Chenoweth and Beau Petersen; and his siblings, Ann Beebe (George), Donna Rembold (Lynn), Karen McSparren (Matt), Cliff Speerstra (Patty) and Henry Speerstra (Debbie). He is also survived by his dad, brothers, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sam's name may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
