He is survived by: his daughter Faith Andrea; his wife Cheryll Ann Sharp; his son Shane Lively (Rochelle) of Elk City; his grandchildren, Hope Fode (Dale), Austin Lively, Chase Lively, Hunter Lively and Stewart Hurd; and his brother Jim Lively.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ray & Martha's Funeral Home- Cordell (1502 N Market St, New Cordell, OK 73632). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
