She is survived by: her spouse Theodore Rudolph Welch; her daughters, Mary Straugh of Deer Lodge, Kathy Tomaskie of Montana City, Lucy Melugin (Jeff) of Billings and Jackie Welch-Doubek of Henderson, NV; her grandchildren, Lanae Vetsch (Keith) of East Helena, Melvin Matson of Clancy, Tina Taylor of Deer Lodge, Kyle Melugin (Joy) of Billings, Shannon Jenkins-Bever (Jesse), Tyler Melugin (Katie) of Thornton, CO, Melissa Jenkins-Hawks (Charles) of Glendale, AZ, Kayla Melugin-Weigler (Ryan) of Billings and Caitlin Gollehon-Hicock of Wenatchee, WA; and her great grandchildren, Theo Melugin, Leanna Bever and Natalie Bever. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and friends.
