Weaver (Cowan); his sister Frances Batchelder; his sister-in-law Mary Weaver; his former spouse Margurite Maggard; his son Steve Maggard; his spouse Dolla Lugo; and his children, Mike, Allen, Theresa and Danny. He was also cherished by many grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
