He is survived by: his former spouse Charlynn Treat; his wife Christy Egbert; his sister Arlene Grant; and his children, Phillip Egbert (Shelle), Mike Egbert (Diana), Joy Bohn (Erik), Todd Holmes and Dusty Westberg (Rick Kerby). He is also survived by six grandchildren and spouses and six great-grandchildren.
