He was predeceased by: his siblings, Martin, Anton Stulc and Mary Sitter; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Brayton and David Besson.
He is survived by: his wife Viola; his children, Robert Stulc (Berniece), Linda Smith (Doug), Richard Stulc, Gary Stulc, Donna Johnson (Leland), Thomas Stulc, Debbra Stulc, Betty Stulc, Edward Stulc, Kenneth Stulc (Arlene), Stephen Stulc and Frank, Jr. Stulc (Patty); and his sister Helen Miller of Bremerton, WA. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 29 great- grandchildren; 2 great-great granddaughters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
