He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Kukla and Katie Kukla (Dirkach); his wife Ardis; and his granddaughter Ashley Rose. He is survived by: his children, Dean Kukla (Pam), Suzi (Terry Schwartzenberger), Lori (Neil Fredericks) and Mario Esteves (Giselle); his grandchildren, Chris Kukla (Sam), Matt Kukla, Amber Kukla, Lacey (Brad Kosidowski), Brittany (Mike Upton), Katie, Nate Fredericks, Manoela and Marcelo Esteves; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Sawyer Kosidowski, Sydney, Caden, Oliver, Hayes Upton and John Kukla.
