She is survived by: her siblings, Sherry Hastings and Benjamin Gaines; her sons, Don Kalbach (Thu), Phil Kalbach (Laura), Steve Kalbach (Jessica) and Michael Kalbach; her daughter-in-law Amber Kalbach; her daughters, Rachel (Ernie Melum) and Sarah Waterland (David); her grandchildren, Daniel Kalbach (Emily), Elisabeth Kalbach, Nathan Kalbach (Leslie), Esther Flippo (Micah), Jonathan Kalbach, Jerusha Kalbach, Susanna, Jason Kalbach, Tom Melum, Caitlin, Carsyn, Cimarron, Coleman Kalbach, Sarina, Davie, Stacia Waterland, Elliana Kalbach and Micah Flippo; her brother Mike; and her sister-in-law Betty Lou Mann. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
