He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Boysen and Irene Boysen (Johnson); his wife Bonnie; and his siblings, Wayne Boysen and Elvina Huft.
He is survived by: his children, Iris Wiedmer (Bobby) of Plevna, Kayla Kennedy (Matthew) of Mitchell, SD and Kyle Boysen (Char) of Isabel, SD; his granddaughter Rebecca Jordan (Dustin); his children, Bailey Wiedmer (Ashli), Charlie Boysen, Evelyn Kennedy, Johnathan, Katarina, Wyatt, Hermione, River and Maddoc Boysen; his great grandchildren, Alan, Sierra, Ryler Wiedmer, Leonidas and Maximus Jordan; and his sister Bonnie Larson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the United Church of Christ in Isabel.
