He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kleppe and Edith Kleppe (Stevens); and his siblings, Bernadine, Richard and Lyle.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Johnson; his children, Lindy Meranto, Daron Kleppe (Mary) and Randall Kleppe; his grandchildren, Mia and Max; and his siblings, Iris Hemphill (Carl), Roger Kleppe, Loren Kleppe and Keith Kleppe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
