She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ed Sorge and Irma Sorge; her son Keven (Callie Kolste) of Fairfield; her husband LeRoy; her daughters, Beverly Stierstorfer of Colorado Springs and Misty Hodges (Brad) of Protem; her brothers, Edward Sorge (Darlene) of Wheatland, Norman Sorge (Clair) of Bismarck and Ray Sorge (Lorraine) of Beulah; her grandchildren, Logan, Dylan, Gavin, Amanda and Ben; her children, Tom Bohl, Sarah Peterson and Wanda Holt of Fairfield, Montana; and her grandchildren, Ruth, Silas and Eli. She was also cherished by many other adopted children/grand children.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made for a scholarship fund to be set up in Carol's name.
