He is survived by: his mother Doris Blaz of Anaconda; his wife Janice Blaz; his siblings, Judith Bowman, Margaret Bock (Larry), Linda Forkan (Jerold) and David Blaz (Judy); his children, Adrienne Sweet (Brandt), Joshua, Matthew and Ryan Blaz (Hannah); his stepchildren, Sharlie Corcoran (Timothy Honey) and Troy Graham; and his grandchildren, Aryah, Jayden, Ethan, Bria, Elysia, Aavery, Gavin, Alyna, Jacob, Addison, Bodhi and Chloe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
