She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Blaz and Doris Blaz of Anaconda; her in-laws, Jack and Dixie Forkan; and her brothers, Tom (Debbie Blaz) and Terry (Georgia Blaz).
She is survived by: her husband Jerold Forkan of Anaconda; her children, Lisa Tuckman (Doug) and Jon Devine (Lija); her grandchildren, Jason Devine (Jessica), Quin Tuckman of Seattle, WA., Brent Devine (Emily) of Seattle, WA., Hayley Devine of Seattle, WA., Charli of Seattle, WA. and Sammi Devine of Seattle, WA.; her siblings, Judy Bowman, Margaret Bock (Larry) of Silverdale, WA and David (Judy) of Anaconda; her brothers-in-law, John Forkan (Helen) of Butte, Kevin Forkan (Donna) of Lincoln, Kirk Forkan (Debbie) of Anaconda and William Bowman; and her nephews, Tommy Blaz and Tom Biggs. She is also survived by Nephews, Nieces and great nieces and nephews.
The family asks in lieu of flowers all donations be made to Anaconda Hospice Services.
